He was predeceased by: his brother Lewis W. Keener. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. (Bear); and his sisters, Dolores E. Hamberger of Spry, Linda M. Copenheaver of Spry and Karen A. Rutherford of Mingo, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
