With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doris F. (Brenneman) Riese (York, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid adieu to Doris F.'s earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Doris F. has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard H. Riese; her parents, Edward Brenneman and Savinah Brenneman (Druck); and her sisters, Romaine Stermer and Anna Mae Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Riese (Rose) of Red Lion and Kathy Wills (George) of Dallastown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (25 W Springettsbury Ave, York, PA 17403). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Mount Rose Cemetery (1502 Mt Rose Ave, York, PA 17403).
