She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Koontz and Mildred Koontz (Pennell); her husband Richard K. Wagoner, Sr.; and her siblings, John Wagoner (Donna), Virginia Hendricks, Don, Tom, Frank and Joe Koontz.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Wagoner, Jr. (Mary) of Reedsville, PA, Cindy King of Keyser, WV and Michele Sarver (Len) of York, PA; her grandchildren, Sarah Buchko (Devin), Cassie King, Matt Wagoner (Nathaly), Nick Sarver, Erica Sarver, Mitchell Wagoner, Maya Sarver and Molly Wagoner; her great grandchild Dominic Buchko; and her brother Jack Koontz (Marg) of Bedford, PA..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (230 E Main St, Romney, WV 26757). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burlington United Methodist Family Services, Springfield Ruritan Club, or your charity of choice.
