He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Boone, Sr. and Pauline Jacoby Boone; and his wife Beverly A. Boone. He is survived by: his children, Troy D. Boone (Maryjane) and Kimberly A. Billet (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew, Abigail, Emma, Nathan, Teresa, Samuel, Ashley and James; his great grandchildren, Miles and Elias; and his brother Alvin M. Boone, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice, 205 Grandview Ave #304, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
