With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane Ruth Black of York, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Cool, Sr.; her former husband Larry Black, Sr.; her parents, Earl H. Messinger and Ruth A. Messinger (Sentz); and her half-siblings, Earl Messinger, Jr. and Christina Rodriguez.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Cool, Terri Wagaman (Charles), Henry Cool, Sam Cool, John Cool (Greta), Hunterstown and Larry Black, Jr.; her brother Robert Messinger (Hilda); and her half-sisters, Judy Laughman (Ralph), Bonnie Link of Columbia, PA and Katherine Hernandez. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Services (34 Maple Ave, Littlestown, PA 17340).
