He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Silk (Heistand); his son David O. Silk, Jr.; his stepson Shawn Renoll of York; his grandchildren, Emily Renoll and Sean Martin; his great grandchild Colt Martin; his siblings, Carl Jacobs and Dorothy Silk-Dettinger; and his daughter-in-law Heather Renoll of Red Lion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
