He was predeceased by: his father Raymond W. Hoffman; and his brother Douglas Hoffman. He is survived by: his spouse Shannon M. Hoffman (Gay); his mother Elona M. Linnemans (Wolfe); his stepfather William J. Linnemans of Hellam; his son Brett Rizzio; his grandchildren, Zayden, Nevaeh and Arabella; his siblings, Richelle Schroyer (Ronald) and Dustin Hoffman (Dawn); and his mother-in-law Elaine Gay. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; uncles and cousins.
