We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 89, Chloé R. Eichelberger of York, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin R. Rhoads and Ruth N. Rhoads (Stayman); her sisters, June Emminger, Shirley Black and Bette Barnes; her nephew Ed Emminger; and her niece Michele Martz.

She is survived by: her close friend Raymond C. Knoke; her brother Ronald Rhoads; her nieces and nephews, Cindy Innerst, Patsy Barley, Ken Emminger, Ronald Rhoads, Jr. and James Rhoads; her friends, Kay Mooney and Diane Roth; her caregiver Kimberley Glenn; and her pet Sugar Mae.
