He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine M. Summers (Shelton). He is survived by: his friend Charlie; his father Charles F. "Charlie" Summers, Jr. of York; his wife Ann M. Summers (Garrety); his daughter Katherine A. Summers of York; and his siblings, Cynthia Weaver (Robert) of Dover and Craig A. Summers (Missey) of Dover.
