He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Balmer and Emma Balmer (Sweger). He is survived by: his spouse Lovina M. (Demmy); his daughter Kimberly A. (Gregory E. Anderson) of Dover; his grandsons, Adam D. (Cassandra Anderson) and Alex D. (Nicole Anderson); and his great grandchildren, Sophia C., Owen T., Kaylee E. and Layla A. Anderson.
