It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles A. Englar of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Norma J. (Mummert); and his parents, Charles Englar and Edna Seitz. He is survived by: his daughter Carla J. Englar of York; and his siblings, Jesse Englar, Sylvia Snyder and Darla Mell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
