She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert S. Knouse, Sr.; her parent Sarah Sr. (Steinkamp); her brothers, Harry Holtzman, Jr., Robert Holtzman, Donald Holtzman, Ronald Holtzman and Larry Holtzman; her half-brother Newton Rahley; and her sister Norma Jane Ruth.

She is survived by: her parent Harry Holtzman, Sr.; her son Robert S. Knouse, Jr. of York; her granddaughters, Amanda Middleton of Dover and Tabitha Knouse of York; and her great grandchildren, Kyler Grim, Kahlie Grim, Kortleigh Middleton, Wyatt Balmos and Gracie Balmos.
