She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred B. Milburn, Jr.; and her parents, Mark E. and Mary E. Keeney (Fahs). She is survived by: her son Kevin Shaffer (Susan) of Lutherville, MD.; her grandsons, Graham Shaffer and Ethan Shaffer; and her sister-in-law Fae Keeney. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
