She was predeceased by: her siblings, Daniel Gladfelter and Susan Sponseller. She is survived by: her husband Sterling E. Simmons; her children, Craig Simmons (Debra) of York and Jessica Eyler (Anthony) of York; her grandchildren, Kacey Smallwood, Brys Eyler, Brianna Eyler and Seth Eyler; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Zalen, Ashton and Lorelie; and her siblings, Jeff Gladfelter, Cathy Jackson and JoAnn Kendrick.
