With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Neff of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David J. Neff; and her siblings, Dwight, Ross, Merle Taylor and Hilda Goheen.
She is survived by: her children, Amy N. Glock (Thomas) of Red Lion, Tracy D. Neff (Tracey) of York and Carey W. Neff (Karen) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Glock, Haden Glock (Olivia), Ryan Neff, Sarah Neff, Zachary Neff and Aaron Neff; and her stepgranddaughters, Abby Imm (Joe) and Trisha Baker.
