With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jane Gillette of York, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Hampshire and Esta C. Hampshire (Wildasin). She is survived by: her children, Christina M. Cross of York, Cindy E. Hopkins (Daryl Vandersloot) of York and Edward E. Gillette, Jr. (Lisa) of York; her grandchildren, Nicole Dries (Brian), Brandon Cross, Skylin Cross (Maggie) and Seth Garner (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Melody Cross, Leon Zimmerman, Sarah Garner and Nicholas Garner. She is also survived by animal lover and a dog mom to many four-legged companions.
