Torbert; her children, Cassandra Koontz Koons (David Hyser) of Red Lion, Susan Torbert Gray (Steven R. Gray) of Red Lion and Jack C. Koontz, Jr. (Lisa) of Felton; her granddaughters, Amber N. Koons (Will Dunn) and Rebecca R. Moore; and her great grandchild Ember Dunn.
