He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Stamer and Emily C. Stamer (Coco); and his sisters, Helen Thomas and Rose Frances Stamer. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary G. Stamer (Granruth); his children, Troy A. Stamer of York and Mindy M. Smith (Michael) of Frederick; his grandchildren, Rosario and Elizabeth Smith; his niece Sandra Wychryst (Glenn) of Baltimore, MD; his great-nieces, Julia Wychryst and Amanda Stamer; his nephew Jeremy Stamer (Kim); and his brother Harry Stamer (Carol) of York.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
