She was predeceased by: her husband Harry W. Millwater; her brothers, Edward Modarelli (Patricia) and Frank Modarelli (Ursula); and her sister-in-law Margaret Gretschel (Francis). She is survived by: her children, Barbara Millwater Vaughn (Glenn), Stephen J. Millwater (Lorena) of North York, Ann Elizabeth Lanier (Randell) of York and John Edward Millwater (Kathy Janene Millwater) of Red Lion; her grandchildren, Amanda Ann Price (Kyle) and Thomas W. Millwater (Cara); her great grandchild Scarlett Elizabeth Price; her nieces, Jane Jinings and Alicia Herbst (Richard); and her great-nephews, Brian Jinings and James Herbst.
