She is survived by: her parents, Barry Douglass and Elizabeth Douglass (Swope); her husband Robert S. Ogurcak; her daughters, Lauren N. Spanakis (Georgios) and Carly R. Ogurcak; her granddaughter Gia Spanakis; her siblings, Lori Bemiller and Jeffrey Douglass (Melissa); and her pet Roxy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Amy's memory may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
