He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Ogburn and Irma Ogburn (Brunk). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ogburn (Davis) of York Springs; his children, Wayne Ogburn of Biglerville, Brad Ogburn (Michelle) of Biglerville and Donna Hess of Biglerville; his brothers-in-law, Harold Davis (Linda) of Dillsburg, Doug Davis (Lynn) of East Berlin and Gregory Davis (Abby) of Champaign, IL; and his nieces, Dr. Kristi Davis Lynch (Captain Ian Lynch) of Portsmouth, VA and Kylee Davis of Smithfield, VA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Wayne's memory to any charitable organization of your choice.
