Williams Jr. of York Springs, Pennsylvania, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy M. Williams, Sr. and Neva E. Williams (Auchey); and his brother John Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joann Williams (Sheaffer); his sons, James R. Williams (Linda), Jason J. Williams and Jack L. Williams (Julie); his grandchildren, Amy Mahoney (Scott), Logan Williams and Anna Williams; and his siblings, Michael Williams, Edward Williams, Donna King (Williams) and David Williams.
