He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Stambaugh and Mabel E. Stambaugh (Trump). He is survived by: his siblings, Arlene M. Smith of York Springs, Susan E. Pifer of York Springs, Kay F. Sipe of Red Lion and Wayne E. Stambaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the HART Center, 450 E. Golden Lane, New Oxford, PA 17350.
