She was predeceased by : her parents, James U. Foster, Jr. and Grace Foster Miciche (Miller). She is survived by : her husband Stephen C. Toomey; her siblings, James U. "Jimmy" Foster III of Trinidad, CO, Richard Foster of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mary Smith (Earl) of Middletown, MD, Nancy Bailey (Richard) of Gettysburg, PA and Gary Foster (Gail) of Taneytown, MD; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Smith (Robert) of Virginia, Kathy Toomey (Jeff Bruchey) of Keymar, MD, Jennifer Bailey (George) of Clarksburg, MD and Christine Rotruck (Steve) of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by 17 nieces & nephews, 12 great-nieces & great-nephews, and 6 great-great-nieces & great-great-nephews.
