He was predeceased by: his parent Gladys Stem (Schlough). He is survived by: his parent Erwin Stem; his wife Norma Stem (Hill); and his children, Eugene D. of Las Vegas, NV, Michael W. (Andrea) of York Springs, PA, Stephen A. (Diana) of St. Petersburg, FL and Kimberly L. Stem. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and a great-grandson.
