She was predeceased by: her parents, George Butchko and Mary Butchko (Havrilak); her husband Tony; her children, Michael Borzcik (Louise) and Joan Rethi (Greg); and her siblings, Anna Chinchar (Mike), George Butchko (Bucsko), Mary Wilkerson (Ray), Michael Butchko (Anna), Margaret Butchko, Helen Royer (Bill), Joseph Butchko (Dottie), Pauline Rogers (Buddy), John Butchko (Jean), Elizabeth Butchko, Paul Butchko (Vickie) and Stephen Butchko (Paula).
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Parkington (Rick) of Lake Monticello, VA, Stephen Borzcik of Boulder, CO and Kris Benner (Kevin) of York Springs, PA; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Michelle, Francine, Michael, Emily, Caroline, Matt, Mandy, Hannah and Noah; her great grandchildren, Luke, Erin, Natalie and Adam; and her sisters, Justine Rusinko (Paul) and Julie Mills (Dick).
