He is survived by: his parent Mae E. Williams (Pifer); his wife Ruth V. Williams (Lory); and his sons, Thomas D. (Pamela Williams) of Boiling Springs and Frederick L. Williams of Leesport. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
