He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Dukes and Barbara Ann Dukes (Drake). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Dukes; his children, Nichole L. Reisinger (Michael) of Duncannon, Tarah D. Fisher (Jacob) of Etters, Nicole L. Morton (Randy) of Camp Hill, Shawn M. Carney (Sue) of Mechanicsburg, Tommy J. Carney of Berwyn, Joey R. Bateman of Van Nuys, CA, Michael P. Bateman of Jacksonville, FL, Golden Retrievers, Chelsea and F'n Frank; his siblings, Jim of Carlisle, Jeffrey of Mechanicsburg and Michelle LaBelle (Bernie) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Makayla, Dontae, Jade, Riley, Cameron, Maura, Sofia, Ryan, Henry, Brielle, Oliver, William and Eliose; and his great grandchildren, Maci, David and Oakleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
