He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Johnson; his daughters, Rebecca Lee Johnson and Lynda Anne Singer (Joshua Singer); his grandchildren, Clay Singer, Zackary Slater, Garrett Singer, Nickolas Slater and Chase Shatto; and his siblings, Penny Mutter, Patti Monday, Wendy Chambers, Kathy Monday and Earl Monday.
