He was predeceased by: his parents, Pero Kosovac and Milka Kosovac (Lemajic). He is survived by: his wife Kathy E. Kauffman Kosovac; his children, Shay M. Kosovac and Michelle R. Urban; his grandchildren, Katelyn L. Kosovac of Etters, Camden S. Kosovac of Etters, Aydriana E. Urban of Etters and Aydan S. Urban of Etters; his children-in-law, Wendy and Scott of Etters; and his sisters-in-law, Diana M. Fetrow of Rehoboth, DE and Connie L. Simpson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
