It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary G. Amsbaugh of York Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Amsbaugh and Margaret Amsbaugh (Hinkle); and his daughter Cynthia LaMent. He is survived by: his wife Sharon R. Amsbaugh (Winteler); his sisters, Henrietta Slaseman of York Haven, Elizabeth Sanger of Lewisberry and Patricia Harbold of Newberry Twp; his children, Debra Rebinski (Henry) of Mechanicsburg, Lori McGarvey (Dennis) of Newberry Twp and Garry G. Amsbaugh, Jr.; his son-in-law Charles LaMent of Dudley; and his grandchildren, Aimee, Shawna, Joseph and Zachary. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
