Moats of Yoe, Pennsylvania, born in Terra Alta, West Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray A. Moats, Sr. and Wilma Mae Moats (Miller); his siblings, David L. Moats, Clifton R. Moats, Rodney A. Moats and Wilma J. Pearce; and his close friend Gizmo.
He is survived by: his fiancée Loretta L. Stoner; his stepdaughter Brandi Stoner; and his siblings, Ray A. Moats of Elizabethtown, PA, Dean Moats of Terra Alta, WV, Billy Moats of Terra Alta, WV, Phillis, Sherry Rogers of Falling Waters, WV, Joan Moats of Martinsburg, WV and Donna Sines of Aurora, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
