It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Peachey (Yeagertown, Pennsylvania), born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Davis; her husband Jefferson Peachey, Jr.; her sons, William Peachey and Jeffrey Peachey; her sister Shirley Yoder; and her granddaughter Teresa Lukens.
She is survived by: her parent Verna Davis (Searer); her children, Patsy I. Edwards, Harold L. Peachey, Marie of Maine, Gwen Lukens, Barbara J. Schantzenbach of Hellerstown, Richard E. Peachey of Dover, Sharon Foor, Tim of Huntingdon, Crist Peachey and Gloria of Yeagertown; and her brother Frank Davis of Huntingdon. She is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many great- great grandchildren.
