She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hamman and Minnie Hamman (Weaver); her former husband Ronald Worden; her husband Jesse T. Loudenslager; and her brother Russell Hamman.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Worden (Robin) of Reedsville, Michele Hoover (Randy) of Thompsontown, Gina David (Paul) of McClure and Jessica Loudenslager (Brad Harris) of McClure; her grandchildren, Makayla Hoover, Cameron Mulaney, Kaden Fisher, Soloman David and Shelby David; her sister Genafe Heath (Will) of Mt. Union; and her sister-in-law Kay Hamman of Orbisonia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
