She was predeceased by: her parents, David J. Fultz and Pauline Fultz (Houser); her husband Robert M. Smith; her siblings, Richard Fultz and Jane Hassinger; and her son-in-law Frederick Stuck.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Stuck of Yeagertown and Brian Smith of Yeagertown; and her granddaughter Kolby Elizabeth Stuck (Timothy Kanagy) of Railroad.
