He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael W. Burdick and Marian Burdick (Leeper); his daughter Carla Ann Burdick-Dempsey; his sister Beverly Sellers; and his significant other Mary Lou "Louise" Burdick (Burkholder).
He is survived by: his son D. Chris Burdick (Sharon) of Lewistown; his son-in-law Jack Dempsey of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Lance Peachey (Ashley) of McVeytown, Landrey and Brooks Burdick; and his great grandchild Rollins Peachey. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
