She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Walk and Lois Walk (Vaughn). She is survived by: her husband Leslie Fultz; her stepdaughter Tiffany Fultz of Apopka, Florida; her grandchildren, Cloe Breon (Todd) of Lewistown, Gage Duncan of Florida and Olivia Fultz of Florida; her great grandchild Aveya Breon; and her sister Brenda Walk of England.
