He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Van Johnson and Darlene Stack of Yeadon, PA; and his grandparents, Paul, Ruth Stack, Gussie Lee and Esther Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darren LaVan Stack of Yeadon and Tiona Turner (Tommy) of Clayton, DE; and his nephews, Elijah Edwards and Jordan Turner of Clayton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
