He was predeceased by: his father John A. Cacchione; his sister Elaine P. Cacchione; and his stepparent Thomas D. Narducci. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine M. Cacchione; the father of his child John F. Cacchione; his daughter Elena T. Ziccardi; and his granddaughters, Vanessa and Lana Ziccardi.
