She was predeceased by: her close friend Nicola Schepis; and her son John David Hazelwood Jr. (Stephen Johnson). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hazelwood (Karen Poley) and Gerald "Lee" Sheldon, Jr. (Carrie); her stepchildren, Josephine Hazelwood and Sebastian Schepis; her grandchildren, Christopher Hazelwood (Cindy), Sean Appley, Kathleen Hazelwood, Summer, Abby and Samantha Sheldon; her siblings, Margaret "Muggsy" Hutton (Roger) and Henry G. "Butch" Dieterich Jr.; her nieces, Cindy, Lynn and Theresa; and her nephew Trey. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
