He is survived by: his wife Holly Kane; his children, Conor, Mackenzie and Aubrey Kane; his mother Nancy Kane (Randy Kelley); his sister Heather (Kane); his brother-in-law Richard Krotz; his sister Christina Kane; his grandmother Lyn Kane; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kyle McCauley, Ellie Krotz and Ricky Krotz; and his great-niece Kallie McCauley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Billy's name to the Kane children.
