It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Neelan of Yardley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Leila Ruth Neelan (Handick); his brother Robert Neelan; and his grandson Andrew Shepherd. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Parsons (David) of Yardley, Claire Shepherd (Joe) of Hampton, Virginia and Lucinda Mitchell (David) of Rockport. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
