She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie George (Thomas) and Leo George; her husband Bart McDermott; and her son Tim McDermott. She is survived by: her children, Bart McDermott, Mary Ellen Kane, Ken McDermott and Dan McDermott. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
