He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B. Gallagher and Mildred G. Gallagher; his son Jamie B. Gallagher; his brothers, Donald Gallagher, Robert and Ronald; and his nephew Steve Gallagher.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Gromley; his children, Mark Gallagher, Susan R. Carney (Neil Jr.) and Michele G. Ferraro (James); his grandchildren, Neil III, Tyler Carney, Mikayla and Annabel Ferraro; and his sister Doris J. Gallagher (Mike).
