He is survived by: his wife Helene Fried Koslow; his children, Ellen Short (Bob), Jeffrey Koslow (Leslie) and Michael Koslow (Denise); and his sister Barbara Kimmelman. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
