He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his siblings, Frank Bozzi (late Maryanne), Ann Bozzi and Vincent Bozzi (Susanne); and his parents, Jimmy and Clara.

He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Bozzi (Dana LaBella) and Michele Bradley (George); his grandchildren, Jordan Bozzi, Alec Bozzi (Jagan Pisharath) of Jacquelyn Bradley, DO and Kristen Firmenich (Samuel); and his great grandchildren, Nathan Pisharath, Theo Pisharath and Kayla Firmenich.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
