He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Swantko and Marie Swantko (Nanticoke). He is survived by: his wife Alice Eleanor Swantko (Post); his children, Daniel D. (Dana) and Lisa Lee (William); his grandchildren, Jenna Alyssa, Eric Matthew and Braden Daniel; his great grandchild David R. Swantko (Barbara); his brother Russell John Swantko (Arlene); and also, Danielle Brittany and Cameron Isobel. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church (2026 Bath Rd, Bristol, PA 19007).
