Jacobson; his children, Ann Jacobson Parham (Ruben Parham Jr.), Carolyn Jacobson Bowers (Michael Bowers), Gerard Jacobson of Fairless Hills, PA, Clare Jacobson (Richard Beresis), Diane Jacobson O'Brien (Shawn O'Brien) and John Jacobson of Smicksburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Jacobson (Noreen Jacobson), Samantha Bowers (Clare Bibby), Makayla, Jacob Bowers, Ben, Adam Parham, Luke, Cole Jacobson, Meghan and Dan O'Brien.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home (17 S Delaware Ave, Yardley, PA 19067). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Ignatius Church (999 Reading Ave, Yardley, PA 19067). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity, Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, and World Villages for Children.
