He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles John Plominksi Palmer and Helen Frances Cook Palmer; his siblings, Patty Palmer and Charles J Palmer Jr.; his nephew Stephen James Booker; his wife Penny Brown Palmer; his sons, Jordan Palmer (Nicole Grover) and Jared Palmer (Delaney Palmer); his grandsons, Cooper Palmer and Lincoln Palmer; his sister Claire Nickeson; and his sister-in-law Robin Palmer.
