She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lee and Mildred Shauger Lee; her husband Harry Owen Fassett Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Bedford, David, Donald and Burton Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Moore (Steve) of Boise, Harry O. Fassett Jr. (Mary Jane) of Towanda and Shelly I. Spencer (Scott) of Mexico, NY; her grandchildren, Jeremy Rosencrance (Melissa) of Towanda, Rebecca Leach (Blake) of Ocean Shores, WA, Scott Spencer (Cassie) of New Albany, Dana Spencer of Wyalusing, Jamie Spencer of Liverpool, NY, Angela Schmeckenbecher (Steve) of Wysox, Pricilla Ackley of Powell, Pamela Smiley (Rick) of Towanda and Paul Ackley (Amanda) of Towanda; and her sisters, Thelma Thoman of Potterville, PA and Sharon Kinney of Hop Bottom, PA. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
